I had a superb stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, offering helpful transportation and advice about this city. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Additionally, I loved the breakfast - it was a perfect start to my day.

Had a great Xmas stay with my partner. the guesthouse had clean and comfortable rooms, with cozy beds and a kotatsu. the onsen/bathrooms were spacious, and amenities like a drying room were a bonus. the host was extremely helpful, providing transport to and from the ski resort and local town. the chef provided fantastic meals, definitely try it out.

The guesthouse was located further away from the main ski resort and town, which would be a downside for those with kids or luggage. It was initially difficult to find the guesthouse as it is fairly new and not well-known.

The couple who run the guesthouse were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide transportation and even prepare delicious meals. The area was perfect for snowboarding and skiing and offered a unique experience.

The location was a bit out of the way, requiring a uphill walk to get to the town, ski resort, or bus stop. This may be a challenge for those with limited mobility or heavy luggage.
